These are the terms for using Cage Contractor Pro (the "Service"), run by Cage Contractor Pro LLC, a Florida company ("we", "us"). By creating an account you agree to them. If you sign up for a company, you agree for that company.

The most important thing to understand A cut sheet from Cage Layout Pro is a shop layout: pieces, cut lengths and punch marks worked out from the measurements you type in. It is not an engineered drawing. It is not sealed, not permit-ready and not a statement that the cage meets any building code. Engineering, permits, inspections and the decision to build stay with you and your engineer. Check every sheet against your measurements and your engineering before anything is cut. The same goes for a 3D picture from Cage Designer Pro: it is a picture to sell the job, not a drawing to build from.

1. What the Service is

Software for pool-cage and screen-enclosure contractors:

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and using the Service for a business.
Keep your sign-in to yourself. Anything done under your account is your responsibility.
Give us accurate company details. Your name, license number and address are printed on your own documents; we do not check them.

3. What things cost

Prices are in US dollars. The price you see before you buy is the price you are charged. A product the site marks "in testing" or "opening soon" cannot be bought yet; its price applies from the day it goes on sale. We may change prices for future purchases, never for something already bought.

Complete	15% off	On a job with the 3D Designer and a cut sheet, while the Estimator is on: 15% off both. On your first such job, 15% off that month's Estimator too. The discount is in the price shown before you buy.

When your card is charged. Each job purchase (3D, a cut sheet) is recorded the moment you buy it, at the price shown. Purchases are added up and charged to the card on file once a month, or together with your Estimator renewal. Your Billing page lists every charge.

Your first job free — the Estimator, the 3D Designer and the cut sheet, everything on that one job.

If a payment fails or an invoice goes unpaid, we may pause the account until it is paid. Everything you saved stays there to open and print while it is paused.

4. The 3D lock, re-runs and signed proposals

3D is bought for one job and one deck. Once bought, that job's 3D is locked to the deck you confirmed before buying — the floor plan's size and shape. You can change the roof, zones, wall heights, doors, screens and colour. A bigger or different deck means buying 3D for the job again (or email [email protected] if you made a mistake).
Cut sheets — re-runs are free. Running the same cage again costs nothing. A corrected measurement is free within 14 days of the charge, when it is a measuring fix: the same cage, no more than 5 side or height readings changed in all, none by more than 24 inches. Changing a gutter or a member size is also free. More than that — email us and tell us what happened; we look at each one. A different cage on the same job is a new cut sheet. A "cage" means one structure on one job.
A signed proposal is locked. Once your customer signs, the job's scope, prices and the signed proposal cannot be changed or deleted in the Service. Added work needs a new estimate. The account owner can unlock a job for one visit; anything saved then changes what is on file.

5. Cancelling

Estimator: cancel any time from Billing → manage billing. It stays on until the end of the month already paid for. Job purchases already made are still charged.
Cancelling the Estimator ends the Complete discount for future jobs. Your jobs, proposals, 3D pictures and cut sheets stay in your account to open and print.
You can close your account at any time. Charges already made are not affected.

6. Refunds and credits

A cut sheet is made the moment you accept its price, and 3D is unlocked the moment you buy it, so these charges are not refundable. If a cut sheet or the 3D Designer is wrong because of an error in the Service (not in the measurements or sizes entered), tell us within 14 days and we will fix it or credit the charge. The Estimator month is not refunded part-way through.

7. Online signatures

When your customer signs a proposal through the Service, we record the signature, the name typed, the date and time and the device details, and keep the signed copy. The proposal is your contract with your customer — its terms, prices and warranty are yours, not ours.

8. What you are responsible for

The measurements, choices, rates and prices you enter. A layout or estimate is only as right as they are.
Checking every cut sheet before cutting or building from it.
Engineering, permits, inspections, code compliance and site safety for every job.
Your own customers, contracts and pricing.

9. What we are responsible for, and what we are not

We will run the Service with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, the Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent the law allows:

We are not liable for any loss caused by building from a cut sheet or a 3D picture, including wasted material, rework, delay, failed inspections or damage of any kind.
Our total liability to you for anything arising from the Service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in that period.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profit.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Your data

What you enter — company details, customers, jobs, measurements, designs and layouts — is yours. Each company's data is kept apart from every other company's; no other customer can see it. We use it only to run the Service for you and to keep it working. To get a copy of your data, or to have your account and everything in it deleted, email [email protected]; it is done within 30 days. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

11. Our software

The Service, including the layout engine, stays ours. You may use it to make documents for your own business. You may not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or extract the engine, share your login with people outside your company, or use the Service to build a competing product.

12. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not promise it will never be interrupted. We may change or add features, and may change these terms or prices; if a change matters, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the change.

13. Ending the agreement

We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, goes unpaid, or is used to harm the Service or other customers.

14. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute is handled in the state or federal courts for Lee County, Florida, and you agree to that.
