The estimate
What it does:
- Prices a screen enclosure from typed numbers: deck size, wall height and the walls.
- Wall area is each wall's length times its height. Picture windows the same way.
- Screen upgrades are picked wall by wall.
- Also prices concrete, carports, railing, pan roofs and more, each from its own numbers.
- A line with no rate says "enter price". It never guesses a number.

What the homeowner gets
The proposal
- Built from the estimate on the same job, with your company name, license number, logo and terms.
- Send the homeowner a link. They read it and sign on a phone or a computer.
- The signed copy is kept on the job.
How it fits
The estimate, the proposal and the signed copy all sit on the same job. Renderings from Cage Designer Pro go onto the proposal.
What it is not
Cage Contractor Pro is not an engineering service and not a permit set. Engineering, permitting and field verification stay with the contractor and the contractor's engineer.
